By default, any duplicate bookings (via credit card or TWINT) only have the status “Pending” or “Reserved” and are therefore not yet definitively booked. These payments are automatically canceled within 1 to 2 days. We therefore recommend that you and the member wait two working days for payments via TWINT and credit card and then check the booking/payment again.
To check whether a credit card payment has been made twice, you can log directly into your Stripe account and search for the member's payment there: https://stripe.com/
For payments via TWINT, you can log into your TWINT merchant portal and check the payment there: https://portal.twint.ch/
If the member's payment has been paid twice and is not automatically canceled within the next few days, we recommend that you carry out a refund. This must be carried out manually as standard for TWINT and credit card payments. In this case, the purchase amount is either refunded directly to the member by bank transfer or the amount is credited to the customer's balance.
