SportsNow offers you the possibility to create a customer credit that can be recharged and redeemed in your studio. The customer credit is an additional payment option for your members and is especially suitable for selling small products with the POS system. However, it can also be used to buy passes. In the customer details, you can view the history of the customer credit at any time.
Good to know
- The customer credit can never be in the minus area. If the price of the desired pass or product is higher than the customer credit, it cannot be purchased with this payment option.
Step-by-step instructions
Activate payment via customer credit
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «Set up my studio» - «Further settings» - «Payment settings».
- Scroll to the section «Accepted payment options».
- Put the check mark next to «Customer credit».
- When you are finished, click on «Save settings».
Charge customer credit
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «My customers».
- Click on the desired member «View customer details».
- Click on «Edit customer credit».
- You can now recharge or unload the balance with a selectable amount.
- Depending on what you want to do, press «Charge» or «Unload».
