If the error message below appears when renewing the bexio connection (see screenshot at the bottom of this guide), then it is a problem on the part of bexio and therefore cannot be investigated directly by us.
Contact bexio support
Should you experience an internal error on the part of bexio when renewing the bexio connection, the best way to resolve the issue is to (repeatedly) report it to bexio support. You can use the following form (link to form) to do so, completing the information below:
- bexio Company: Enter the company name that you have stored in your bexio account.
- E-Mail: Enter the e-mail address that bexio Support will use to respond.
- Endpoint: You can use the following link as the endpoint: https://auth.bexio.com/realms/bexio/protocol/openid-connect/auth?response_type=code&client_id=7b1f2335-116f-4881-9f14-6c0ef633380c&redirect_uri=https://www.sportsnow. ch/bexio_access&scope=contact_edit%20kb_invoice_edit%20article_edit%20kb_offer_edit%20kb_order_edit%20kb_invoice_edit%20offline_access
- Problem description: You can use the following predefined text here:
“Hello,
When I try to authenticate myself via your new bexio IdP, an internal server error occurs on the part of bexio. The error message appears as soon as I try to open the above endpoint.
I am logged into bexio with my main user.” - API request: The same link as for the endpoint can be entered here.
- Attachment: Upload a screenshot of the corresponding error message here.
Then click on «Send message» to send the request to bexio support. Bexio support will then take care of the request and contact you at the email address provided.
Further checks
In addition, the following points can be checked in this case:
- Make sure that your bexio user (profile) has all authorizations. Ideally, you should log in to bexio as an administrator.
- Try to renew the bexio connection using a different browser.
