By default, one of the following causes is present when the QR invoice cannot be scanned properly: 

  • The member's address information is incorrect:
    Check the member's address details by clicking on «Edit personal information» in the member details. Make sure that  «Switzerland»  is selected as the «Country».
  • The payment information in the studio's payment settings is incorrect:
    Make sure the name, address, zip code and city are listed for «On the account of».
    Ex: YogaNow GmbH, Effingerstrasse 4, 3011 Berne, Switzerland
  • The QR code can also be checked independently here:
    Incorrect lines are displayed directly and can be adjusted accordingly in SportsNow. 

Also note that QR invoices are a Swiss standard and are only available for studios with an address in Switzerland.
