To update the account to which the payments for the passes are made, you must log in to the corresponding payment provider and make the adjustments there.

  • For credit card payments:
  • For payments with TWINT:
  • For payments via bank transfer: Go to your admin area and click on «Set up my studio» - «More settings» - «Payment settings». There you can adjust your specified IBAN and account number under «Invoice settings».

Once TWINT and Stripe have confirmed the adjustments, you have successfully adjusted the account to which the corresponding payments are made.
