By default, when a pass is purchased, an open invoice is created with a predefined payment period, which can be paid by Cash payment or by invoice/bank transfer. The pass can be used by the member directly after the purchase to book lessons, check-in or watch a video.
If you would like to prevent passes from being used before payment is made, enable the «Booking Settings» option «Passes available only after payment.». If this setting is enabled, customers can only use passes once the current invoice has been paid in full. However, administrators and instructors can still manually book classes or add participants. From the customer’s perspective, the payment methods «Cash payment» and «Invoice / Bank Transfer» are also hidden.
- Note: This feature is only useful starting with the Premium BASIC plan, as it requires the use of online payments.
