By default the reason is that your member has registered with two different email addresses at SportsNow and does not log in with the same email address that is registered with you in the customer data. The described problem can be solved by checking and ensuring the following points:
- Check for typing errors: The member's email address is stored correctly and accurately in the customer details.
- Correct the e-mail address: If the member uses a different email address, you can change the email address in the customer details by clicking on «Edit Personal Information».
- Please ask the member to log out and log in again with the email address provided.
