By default, the described problem can be solved by checking and ensuring the following points:

  • The team member is registered in the admin area with one of the roles «Administrator»,«Instructor with back office» or «Instructor» under «Set up my studio» - «My team».
  • The team member is logged in with the same email address entered under «Set up my studio» - «My team».
  • There are no typing errors in the email address.
  • The team member has logged out from the web at and logged in again with the correct email address. The button «My admin area» should now be visible at the top of the navigation. If not, make sure that the correct e-mail address has been entered correctly in the admin area (see above).
  • The team member has activated the correct studio in the app under «More» - «Select studio». This is necessary if the team member is registered with several studios.
