By default, the described problem can be solved by checking and ensuring the following points:

  • The team member is registered in the admin area under «Set up my studio» - «My team»with one of the following roles:
    • Administrator
    • Instructor with back office
    • Instructor
  • The team member is logged in with the same email address entered under «Set up my studio» - «My team». To do this, the team member can log out and log in again with the email address stored in the admin area. The button «My admin area» should now be visible at the top of the navigation.
  • There are no typing errors in the email address.
  • The team member has activated the correct studio in the app under «More» - «Select studio». This is necessary if the team member is registered with several studios.
