By default, the problem described is due to the pass settings and the company holidays entered, which have extended the validity period of the passes. The following options are available to you:

  • Delete the company holidays so that the validity period of the passes is automatically shortened again.
  • Edit the validity period of the affected passes directly. See also: Edit pass of a customer
  • In order to prevent passes from being automatically extended by company holidays in the future, activate the option «The period of validity remains fixed and will not be extended by the company holidays.» in the pass settings. See also: Pass settings explained
