Who can use this feature?

  • Administrators and instructors + back office
  • Premium MAX PRO / Add-on «Activity Monitor»  

With the activity monitor, you can evaluate the activity and inactivity of your members based on bookings or check-ins. The list created can be saved as a member group, synchronised with MailChimp or exported.


Good to know

  • Member groups from the activity monitor can be synchronised with MailChimp as usual. Ideal for targeted newsletter campaigns (e.g. ‘Inactive for 30 days’).


Step-by-step instructions

Using the activity monitor

On the web

  • In your admin area, click on «My customers» and select «Activity monitor».
  • Since: Set the period from which activities are to be measured.
  • Activity by: Select whether you want to filter by bookings or check-ins.
  • View: Decide whether you would like to evaluate the activity or inactivity of your members.
  • As an additional filter option, you can activate the filters: «Show members without bookings» and/or «Show members without active passes».
  • Click on «Apply» to create the list.


Create member group

You can create a member group directly from the list displayed.

  • Click on «Create member group» in the top right-hand corner.
  • Give the group a suitable name.
  • Click on «Create member group» to save it.
  • You will then find the group under «My customers»«Member groups».


Export list

  • Click on «Excel xlsx» in the top right-hand corner.
  • Download the list by clicking on «Export now».
  • The exported list will be sent to your email address.
