SportsNow offers you the possibility to personalize email and push notifications to your members. Thus you can design the notifications according to your individual wishes and the wording of your studio. In this guide you will learn how to do it.


Step-by-step instructions

On the web

  • Click on «Set up my studio» in the admin area.
  • Click on «Further settings» in the progress bar.
  • Select «Personalize notifications».


General

  • Under «Salutation» you can globally select how you want to address your members in the notifications.
  • In the «Language» field, select the language for which you want to customize the greeting.
  • Under «Greeting (male)» or «Greeting (female)» you have the possibility to define the greeting of the notification for the selected language.
  • Click on «Save settings» to save the settings.


Personalize notifications

Here you can see an overview of all notifications and have the possibility to customize the individual notifications to your members. It is differentiated whether it is a notification of the type «E-Mail» or of the type «Push notification». 


Personalize email notifications

  • Find the notification you want to customize and click «Edit».
  • In the «Language» field, select the desired language for which you want to customize the subject and headline.
  • Under «Subject» you can customize the subject of the notification.
  • To change the headline, customize it in the «Headline» field as desired.
  • Click «Save settings» to save the settings.
  • If you want to reset the changes back to the default settings, click «Reset changes» and confirm the pop-up message.


Personalize push notifications

  • Find the notification you want to customize and click «Edit».
  • In the «Language» field, select the desired language for which you want to customize the message.
  • In the «Message» field you can personalize the text of the message as you wish. For the text, depending on the push message, there are also different placeholders that you can use:
    • #booking: Use this placeholder to list the booking of the member in the message.
    • #membership: You can use this placeholder in the message for the subscription of the member.
    • #class: Use this placeholder to list the class in the selected message.
  • Click «Save settings» to save the settings.
  • If you want to reset the changes back to the default settings, click «Reset changes» and confirm the pop-up message.
