In SportsNow you can print a health insurance confirmation for a pass of a member. It is important that the invoice is already paid, otherwise, this function is not available.
Good to know
- Your members can download the health insurance confirmation at any time, even if you do not have the corresponding premium/add-on. However, in order for you as a studio to be able to print the health insurance confirmation for the member yourself, the corresponding premium/add-on is required.
- You also have the option of sending the health insurance confirmation directly to your members. You can find instructions here: Invoices and finances explained

Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click on «My finances» in your admin area.
- Search for the invoice for the pass for which you want to print the health insurance confirmation. Make sure the invoice status is «paid».
- Click on the «Action» button and select «Print Health Insurance Confirmation».
