SportsNow offers you the possibility to change the participation type of your members from hybrid classes.
Members who have registered to participate in the class on site can be rebooked to participate via livestream and vice versa.
Good to know
- This rebooking can be done by the administrator or directly by the instructors in the corresponding participant lists.
- After a successful rebooking, the member will receive a new booking confirmation.
- Your members can also change the participation type on their own in their account.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click on «My participant lists» in the admin area.
- Search for the desired class and click on «View participant list».
- Click on «Action» in the bookings for the corresponding member.
- To transfer the member from live stream participation to on-site participation, click on «Rebook to on-site».
- To rebook the member from on-site participation to participation via livestream, click on «Rebook to livestream».
In the app
- Press «Participant lists» at the bottom and then search for the desired class.
- Press the arrow next to the relevant member to carry out various actions.
- To transfer the member from live stream participation to on-site participation, press «Rebook to on-site».
- To rebook the member from on-site participation to participation via livestream, press «Rebook to livestream».
