SportsNow offers you the possibility to quickly and easily restore deleted passes.

Good to know: 

  • On the one hand, you can restore passes from your studio that you have deleted by mistake, or if you want to offer a deleted pass again after a certain period of time. 
  • On the other hand, you can restore deleted passes from your clients, including bookings made with this pass. 

Restore Studio passes

Step-by-step instructions

  • Click on «Set up my Studio» in the admin area.
  • Click on «My passes» in the progress bar.
  • To restore a deleted pass, select the relevant pass under «Deleted passes»
  • Click on «Action» - «Restore pass».

Restore customer passes

When a customer pass is deleted, the corresponding bookings as well as the invoice are deleted. SportsNow offers you the possibility to restore deleted customer passes, including bookings and invoice.

Step-by-step instructions

  • Go to the customer details of the respective member.
  • Scroll down and click on «passes» to get an overview of all passes. 
  • The deleted passes are displayed below the «past passes» as «deleted passes»
  • Click on «Restore pass» for the pass you want to restore.
