SportsNow offers you the possibility for your members to cancel their bookings at short notice and without refund. This allows members to cancel at short notice and free up their place. In this guide we will show you how to enable or disable this option. By default, short-term cancellation is deactivated.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «Set up my studio» - «Further settings» - «Booking settings».
- The customer may cancel bookings after the cancellation deadline. The credit is not refundable.: Here you can activate the short-term cancellation by checking the field.
- When you are finished, click on «Save settings».
