SportsNow offers you the possibility to hide a class in the class schedule. This is handy if you do not want to show a cancelled class in public.


Good to know

  • To hide private classes in the timetable for members who do not belong to the corresponding member group, the function «Hide private classes of member groups for customers who are not in the group.» can be activated in the special settings: Special settings explained


Step-by-step instructions

On the web

  • Click in the admin area on «My participant lists».
  • Find the desired class and click on «View participant list».
  • Click on «Hide class in schedule».
  • Confirm the popup with «OK».
  • The class is no longer visible in the schedule.
  • However, you can reverse this at any time by clicking on «Show class in schedule».
