SportsNow gives you the ability to view all active and expired passes from your members. This function is only possible on the web.
Good to know
- In order to identify all passes that are about to expire, it is recommended to make an Excel export by clicking on as described below. The passes can then be sorted by validity date (column «Valid until»).
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «My customers».
- Click on «Show all passes».
- Depending on whether you want to see the active or expired passes, select «Active passes» or «Past passes».
- You will now see an overview of the active or past passes.
- With a click on «Action» you can edit an individual pass.
- Click on «Excel XLSX» to export the list.
