SportsNow offers you the possibility to set the status of a member to inactive. Inactive members cannot book lessons, appointments or workshops or buy passes. You can always reactivate an inactive member.
Good to know
- All data such as passes, bookings, etc. remain unchanged by this action.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «My customers».
- Click on the desired member «View customer details».
- Click on the button «Deactivate First name Last Name».
- Confirm the pop-up with «OK» that you want to deactivate the member.
- The member is now inactive. If you want to set it active again, you will now find «Deactivate First name Last name» replaced by «Activate First name Last name».
- Again, confirm the pop-up that you want to set the member active with «OK».
In the app
- Press on «Admin».
- Press on «My customers».
- Find the member you want and press on it.
- Press on «Action» - «Deactivate account».
- Confirm the message with «Confirm».
- The member is now inactive. If you want to set it active again, you will find «Deactivate account» replaced by «Activate account».
- Confirm the pop-up that you want to set the member active with «Confirm».
