SportsNow offers you the possibility to set the status of a member to inactive. Inactive members cannot book lessons, appointments or workshops. You can always reactivate an inactive member. You can do this both on the web and in the app. In this tutorial you will learn how to set a member to inactive.


Step-by-step instructions

On the web

  • Click in the admin area on «My customers».
  • Click on the desired customer «View customer details».
  • Click on the button «Deactivate First name Last Name».
  • Confirm the pop-up with «OK» that you want to deactivate the member.
  • The member is now inactive. If you want to set it active again, you will now find «Deactivate First name Last name» replaced by «Activate First name Last name».
  • Again, confirm the pop-up that you want to set the member active with «OK».


In the app

  • Press on «More».
  • Press on «My customers».
  • Find the customer you want and press on it.
  • Scroll down and press «Deactivate First name».
  • Confirm the message with «OK».
  • The member is now inactive. If you want to set it active again, you will now find «Deactivate First name» replaced by «Activate First name».
  • Again, confirm the pop-up that you want to set the member active with «OK».
