Who can use this feature?

SportsNow offers you the possibility to set the status of a member to inactive. Inactive members cannot book lessons, appointments or workshops or buy passes. You can always reactivate an inactive member.


Good to know

  • All data such as passes, bookings, etc. remain unchanged by this action.


Step-by-step instructions

On the web

  • Click in the admin area on «My customers».
  • Click on the desired member «View customer details».
  • Click on the button «Deactivate First name Last Name».
  • Confirm the pop-up with «OK» that you want to deactivate the member.
  • The member is now inactive. If you want to set it active again, you will now find «Deactivate First name Last name» replaced by «Activate First name Last name».
  • Again, confirm the pop-up that you want to set the member active with «OK».


In the app

  • Press on «Admin».
  • Press on «My customers».
  • Find the member you want and press on it.
  • Press on «Action» - «Deactivate account».
  • Confirm the message with «Confirm».
  • The member is now inactive. If you want to set it active again, you will find «Deactivate account» replaced by «Activate account».
  • Confirm the pop-up that you want to set the member active with «Confirm».
