Who can use this feature?

Several clubs are already performing J+S (Youth + Sport) course administration with SportsNow. Courses can be set up as usual as classes and with the appropriate passes. For billing with Youth & Sport, you can export a participant list with the individual bookings as an Excel file in SportsNow and have it submitted to J+S.
Good to know:
- We are currently evaluating a direct integration with Youth & Sport. Until such an integration is available, billing will be handled by exporting the participant lists as Excel files.
- The export can only be generated for one month at a time. If you need a longer time period, you must perform the export separately for each month.
Step-by-Step Guide: Exporting a Participant List for J&S
On the web:
- In the admin area, open «My participant lists».
- Click on «Export.xlsx» in the top right corner.
- In the pop-up, select the option «Export bookings only».
- Click on «Export now».
- You will receive an Excel file via email containing an overview of all bookings, including the corresponding members and the classes booked.
