SportsNow uses Mailchimp to send newsletters. If a member no longer receives newsletters, it is usually because they have unsubscribed in the past.

For privacy reasons, the studio cannot re-subscribe the member. To receive newsletters again, the member must re-subscribe themselves. You can help by sending a confirmation email again.


How to resend a confirmation email

  1. Log in to your Mailchimp account.
  2. In the SportsNow admin area, click on Audience.
  3. If you have multiple audiences, select the correct one from the Audience dropdown list.
  4. Click on the desired contact to open their contact profile.
  5. On the profile page, click Actions → Resend confirmation.
  6. In the pop-up window, click Resend confirmation again.

The member will then receive a confirmation email and can re-subscribe to the newsletter with one click.
