SportsNow uses Mailchimp to send newsletters. If a member no longer receives newsletters, it is usually because they have unsubscribed in the past.
For privacy reasons, the studio cannot re-subscribe the member. To receive newsletters again, the member must re-subscribe themselves. You can help by sending a confirmation email again.
How to resend a confirmation email
- Log in to your Mailchimp account.
- In the SportsNow admin area, click on Audience.
- If you have multiple audiences, select the correct one from the Audience dropdown list.
- Click on the desired contact to open their contact profile.
- On the profile page, click Actions → Resend confirmation.
- In the pop-up window, click Resend confirmation again.
The member will then receive a confirmation email and can re-subscribe to the newsletter with one click.
