By default, the link to the livestream is activated 30 minutes before the beginning of the class. Registered participants automatically receive a message with the link, both by push message and by e-mail.
The link to the livestream will also be shown automatically 30 minutes before the start of the class in the booking overview as well as in the home page of the app, i.e. the livestream can be started directly in SportsNow with the button «Start Livestream» - even if no message was received.
If a member did not receive a message, we recommend checking the spam folder and the notification settings.
