If a customer already has a SportsNow account and is not visible in your customer base i.e. in the admin area under «My customers», then by default it is because the customer has registered his account on his own but has not yet booked an offer with your studio. The following options are therefore available:
- Manually register the customer in your studio. Use the same email address that the customer has registered for their existing SportsNow account. See also: Create members or Import members
- The customer independently books an offer in your studio and is thereby added to your customer base.
