By default, the reason lies in the categories or that the class is fully booked. So make sure that:
- The affected class and pass are in the same category. Classes and passes in the same category are valid together: Category settings explained
- The classes in question are not fully booked.
- The pass has sufficient credit.
- The classes take place during the validity period of the pass.
