  • Adjust subscriptions flexibly: Existing customer subscriptions can now be changed from unlimited to limited credit and vice versa, even after they have been purchased.

  • Glutz integration: SportsNow now supports integration with Glutz access systems.

  • Salto KS integration: Salto KS access systems can now also be connected to SportsNow.

  • Health questionnaires: Completed health questionnaires can now be viewed in the customer details with the free SportsNow FREE version.

  • Digital membership contracts: When a digital membership contract is signed, the studio now receives an email notification. This can be disabled in the notification settings.

Improved

  • Pausing subscriptions: In the app, a subscription pause (Time-Stop) can now be entered beyond the subscription’s validity period, just as it already can on the web.

  • Hybrid classes: When creating a hybrid class, SportsNow now checks whether a livestream link has been added. If it is missing, a message is displayed and the class cannot be saved. This helps prevent incomplete hybrid classes.

  • Mailchimp: Additional information such as subscription, category, age and most recently attended class is now transferred to Mailchimp.

  • Use only after payment: The status of subscriptions that can only be used after full payment is now displayed more clearly. This makes it easier to see that the subscription must be paid before it can be used.

Fixed

  • Reka-Pay: A technical issue when booking and paying with Reka-Pay has been fixed.

  • Mailchimp: Synchronisation now also works when custom Merge Tags are used in Mailchimp.

  • Logos and profile pictures: Newly uploaded logos and profile pictures are once again displayed without unwanted delays.

  • Guest bookings: Email addresses that accidentally contain spaces no longer result in an error message.

  • My finances: For fully paid invoices, a previous outstanding amount from a partial payment is no longer displayed.

  • Premium & billing: After changing Premium, the available Add-Ons are once again displayed correctly in the comparison table.

  • bexio: Connected locations using the “Connect locations” Add-On can once again correctly activate the bexio integration of a connected location.

  • Vouchers for credit card payments: Vouchers are once again correctly taken into account for credit card payments.

  • Check-in: Inactive members can no longer check in by mistake.
