  • The resivo integration provides a new interface. It replaces the previous exivo solution, which will no longer be offered from 2027. Relevant data is automatically synchronised between SportsNow and resivo. Existing exivo users are asked to contact dormakaba directly regarding the switch.
  • Invoices are automatically cancelled in bexio when they are cancelled in SportsNow. This ensures that the invoice status remains consistent across both systems.
  • For workshops, the name can be customised. Instead of ‘workshops’, for example, you can use ‘retreats’, ‘camps’ or ‘events’.

Optimised

  • Outstanding online invoices (credit card, TWINT or Reka-Pay) are now displayed even before the due date. This allows members to settle outstanding invoices early and keep track of outstanding payments.
  • The app’s user interface has been revamped. Buttons and font sizes have been optimised. Furthermore, the date format and start of the week now follow the regional device settings.
  • A help text has been added under ‘My Customers’ - ‘View all passes’. This makes it clearer when a pass is considered active.
  • The validity period of the TWINT certificate is now displayed in the payment settings. This allows you to see immediately whether a new certificate has been successfully registered.
  • The widget layout has been improved. Filters are displayed more clearly and the overall user interface has been made more intuitive.
  • The term ‘Hybrid pass’ has been renamed to ‘Online subscription’. This makes the terminology clearer.
  • The class analysis under ‘Valuable statistics’ now also includes workshops. This makes the analyses more comprehensive.
  • On the studio page, under ‘Passes & Prices’, the price per instalment is now also displayed for instalment payments. This allows members to see the cost per payment interval at a glance.

Fixed

  • The filters in the class schedule are now working reliably again. A bug meant that classes with spaces in their names were sometimes not displayed when filters were active.
  • Under ‘My Appointments’, outstanding online invoices were sometimes blocking the ‘Book Now’ button. Bookings and the creation of individual appointments now work as expected again.
  • In the app’s participant list, instructors were sometimes logged out with the message ‘Session expired’. This issue has been resolved.
  • Downloading the reimbursement voucher under Tariff 595 now works reliably again.
  • The ‘Action’ view in the customer details is now displayed in full again.
  • In the customer details, bookings now show again whether a member is participating in person or via livestream.
  • For workshops, the option ‘This class repeats indefinitely’ is no longer displayed. It is not relevant for this course type.
  • When creating a workshop copy, the start date can be adjusted again.
  • In the Excel export under ‘My Customers’ – ‘Show all passes’, the linked class is now also exported.
  • In the admin area, a warning is now displayed if, for term or quarterly courses, the start and end dates of classes have not been adjusted prior to automatic renewal. Furthermore, renewal will no longer take place if a class’s start date is in the past.
  • An error in the Excel export from ‘View all subscriptions’ has been fixed. The export now works correctly even for searches using multiple terms
  • Further minor bugs have been fixed.
