- Under ‘Passes & Prices’, the same filter options as in the live calendar and class schedule are now available. This helps members find the offers relevant to them more quickly.
- The bexio integration under ‘My Finances’ now displays the current synchronisation status directly. Via ‘Action’ → ‘Reset bexio synchronisation’, synchronisation can be restarted manually if required.
Optimised
- The export options for the ‘Employee Wages’ statistics under ‘Valuable Statistics’ have been expanded. This allows reports to be exported and processed more flexibly.
- For customers without active subscriptions, the export now also displays the last subscription and its end date. This makes it quicker to see which offer was last used.
- For linked locations, you can switch directly between locations on the ‘Class Schedule’ and ‘Subscriptions & Prices’ pages. This makes navigation more efficient.
- When adding participants, you can now also search by email address. This makes it quicker to find members.
- When adding participants, members from linked locations are now also displayed. This makes it easier to make bookings across locations.
- The display of subscription descriptions has been improved. Long texts are displayed in abbreviated form and can be opened in full via ‘More’.
Fixed
- With the 595 tariff, invoices and refund documents could sometimes not be generated if no GLN number had been entered. The documents are now generated correctly even without a GLN number.
- In the widget, the ‘Continue as guest’ button did not respond in certain cases. Guest bookings now work reliably again.
- When exporting to Excel via ‘My Customers’ → ‘View all passes’, the AHV number is now exported correctly, provided it has been entered.
- Members were sometimes unable to pay invoices if the originally selected payment method had been deactivated. Payments can now be completed correctly again.
- Under ‘My Appointments’, the ‘Book now’ button could sometimes not be used for outstanding online invoices. Bookings now work as expected again.
- The same issue has been resolved when creating individual appointments. Outstanding online invoices no longer block the booking process.
- For individual appointments in the widget, an incorrect date was sometimes displayed for future weeks. The date display has been corrected.
- Other minor bugs have been fixed.
