SportsNow offers you the possibility to offer passes with prices that automatically adjust to the progress of the associated course. Consequently, if a pass is purchased after the course has already started, it will be cheaper to purchase. For example, if a 10-week course is offered with a course pass valid for 10 weeks for CHF 100, the pass would be cheaper to buy every week for CHF 10.


Good to know

  • The price changes after each lesson.
  • Example:  Yoga at 10am on Mondays. The pass can be purchased up to the lesson for the current price, after the lesson the price will be automatically adjusted and the pass can be purchased at a lower price accordingly.


Step-by-step instructions

On the web

  • Click in the admin area on «Set up my studio» - «My passes»
  • Edit an existing pass or create a new one. Activate the setting «The pass ends with the booked course (classes with end date).».
  • The setting «The price of the pass is automatically adjusted when the validity period is shortened.» will now appear, check this box.
  • The price of the pass will now be automatically adjusted to the progression of the course.
