SportsNow offers you the option to automatically block a member's account in case of non-payment. Blocked members cannot book more classes or buy more passes with their account. As soon as the member has paid his reminded invoice, i.e. has no more reminded invoices, he will automatically be reactivated.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «Set up my studio» - «Further settings» - «Payment settings».
- Scroll down to «General payment deadline».
- Now check the box next to «Automatically block customers with reminded invoices».
- When you are finished, click on «Save settings».
