SportsNow gives you the ability to edit or delete a pass of a member with a few clicks. This way you can always adjust a member's pass to the current conditions or make corrections.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click in the admin area on «My customers».
- Click on the desired member «View customer details».
- If you scroll all the way down, you will see an overview of «Passes». You will see all current and past passes for this member.
- Click on «Action». The following options are available:
- Edit: An input field will appear in which you can edit the duration of the pass as well as the credit.
- Cancel now: Cancel the automatic renewal: Cancel automatically renewing passes
- Pause pass: Pause pass
- Remove linked class: If the pass is linked to a class (booking mode «The customer books all classes at once»), this action can be used to remove the linked class. By booking a new class, the newly booked class is then linked to the pass and the member has a fixed slot in the newly booked class. More about fixed slots: Class with fixed slots
Show bookings
View pass history: View pass history
Delete: To delete the pass confirm the pop-up message.
When you are finished, click on «Save pass».
In the app
- Press «Admin».
- Press «My customers».
- Find the member you want and press on it.
- Press «Passes» at the bottom. You will now see all the member's current passes.
- Press «Actions» on the desired pass. The following options are available:
- Edit: An input field will appear in which you can edit the duration of the pass as well as the credit.
- Cancel now: Cancel the automatic renewal: Cancel automatically renewing passes
- Enter pause: Pause pass
- Receive payment
- Receive partial payment
- Show bookings
- Delete: Delete the pass and confirm the pop-up message.
- When you are finished, click on «Save».
